Is writing on your blog something that comes naturally for you, or do you find that at times you struggle with writing, and that it's something you have to work at?

It's super easy for me to come up with topics, my blog is planned out for months! Sitting down and having enough focus to write is an entirely different thing. I pace back and forth and stress out about wording and making my post actual sound appealing and before I know it my little guy has woken up from his nap or its 12am and I definitely need to go to bed.

Generally it's pretty easy once I have the idea. However, there are days I struggle more than others. I find in those cases if I can just get something done then come back to it later it's better. I also think it helps I give myself permission to drop it, even if it means skipping a day of posts when I normally would have one out in the name of better content. Sometimes it's not worth the effort to put out something if it's not very good.

@thegreenmtngirl : I do exactly the same! When I struggle, I write down all my ideas without paying attention to my grammar, spelling and the logic of my sentences. By doing so, I "unblock" my writing. Sometimes, in the process, I even find other ideas. That's how a single draft generates other blog posts and creates a series. I have also found a new routine to make the process even easier. Every morning, I write on 750words.com/ every thing that I have on my mind. It frees me from the famous "writer's block". I have been writing 750 words (of free writing) for 11 days and I already see some improvements : I write my drafts more easily than before. (Sorry, English is not my mother tongue)

It depends on the day. And the topic. Some days I will write 4-5 posts and schedule them out. Other days it will literally take me a week to write one post. My problem is really just that I get distracted or unfocused and then I can't figure out what I want to write about. Its getting easier as time goes on.
