Evening! I just moved my blog to wordpress and spent a lot of time with the template and adding a few features. If anyone has a minute, I would love you to take a look at it and give some feedback! I know everyone is busy and I really appreciate your time. This has been a little hobby but I'm really hoping to take it to the next level. How often do "professional" bloggers post? I have about a dozen posts ready to go after I'm happy with the site but I'm not sure if I will be able to post more than once a week with my schedule once those are up.
Thanks! Leigh Ann

In answer to your question... There is no specifics on how often a blogger posts. What's important is consistency. If that means posting 1-2 times per week, then great! I like your theme in that it is clean and it doesn't feel cluttered. Please consider removing the pop up. Most readers find them super annoying. Instead, consider Hello Bar - it's a plugin you can use for call to actions, including requesting an email for subscribers. It lives at the top of your blog. I would remove your ads completely from your About Page. It's all about YOU and we want YOU to shine. Your ads take up half of the page. Ads like those will make you a minimal amount of money to start with - consider really pushing you, your brand and what you're here for before you scatter them about. Categories. There isn't an exact rule on this, but since you migrated, you will want to consider cleaning them up. Categories are, for example, large groupings of posts. You might have categories like "Recipes, DIY, Health & Beauty" while TAGS would be pumpkin, essie nail polish, etc. You have a LOT of categories and it's easier for readers to see all of your posts about 1 specific topic if they are categorized as one topic. I see you still have a lot to work on with the theme - like the footer area for example. Here are some WordPress plugins you can check out! www.kimiwho.com/2014/11/top-5-free-wordpress-plugins-using/
