There are only so many hours in the day and when you work full time it seems you never have time off. Between posting, commenting and social media there is barely any time left for well, life. Do you outsource any of your work to other businesses? Are you using virtual assistance? Are there any services you recommend and what is the cost that I would expect to pay for these? I really want to grow my blog and realize that some of the things are just too time consuming for me to tackle alone, I do need help. I appreciate any feedback.

I don't outsource because I offer those services to other bloggers I have visited your blog and noticed you mentioning virtual assistant, but I haven't looked at the section in more details. What would a virtual assistant due? Is it social media related or do you do other things related to blogging?

What would a virtual assistant due? Is it social media related or do you do other things related to blogging? It rarely varies! I know for me personally I offer social media management, link up party services, and then various virtual assistant tasks based on what the bloggers wants...email management, newsletter, etc

I am incredibly tempted to put my husband to work on the social media stuff though. I also work a full time job outside of the home, and it is incredibly frustrating to try and do a lot of blog work and manage your household while basically working two jobs.
I hear through various podcasts that many people who use virtual assistants outsource overseas. Personally, I would find a friend who is good at that kind of stuff, or husband, or kid, whoever, and see if you can get free help first! haha! If not, there are agencies out there and of course individuals who can offer their services to you.
I'll be hiring someone off of Fiverr shortly to design a new header for me. It all depends on the kind of help you need, and to make that decision, you need to decide what the tasks are ONLY YOU can do. (create content I your way) and figure out what you want to delegate!

I was outsourcing, but the work was never quite perfect and I always had to do some myself.
