Hey!! I'm fairly new to the blogging world (started in August). I'm really interested in growing it and gaining income. I would love to get feedback on my blog and website www.yourbeautydate.com/blog. If there are any other tips you can offer I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. It means a lot to me! DaKyissa

Good Evening! I am LOVING your blog. I really like the clean, sleek look of it. It is so easy to navigate, and all the great photos. My question would be is this more of a blog, or a business website?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that. Your question is what I'm currently dealing with. I originally started the blog as an extension to my makeup business. Now I have grown a love for it and other writing opportunities through it. I'm not sure if I should keep it with my business site since it's pretty tied to it or focus on creating a separate site for it.

I would keep the blog tied in with your business. They'll each help draw attention to the other.
I like how it's a very clean look. The reader isn't prone to being distracted. And your picture, in that beautiful blue, adds a great splash of color. However - where on Earth is the button for the next page of content? How am I supposed to go through your archives?
I'd also really like to see an actual email address on your contact page, not just a form. That's something that will help you make connections with people who might want to sponsor you.
Overall though, very nice. Just needs a couple minor tweaks.

Okay, I would keep them tied. Since it still does support your business. HOWEVER, I would change up the nag bar then. Making it more blog friendly, and less business-y. So having the tabs be related to your blog posts and then one for business stuff. Making that a page with the testimonials and all other business stuff. Does that make sense?
Kate has great suggestions too!!
