I like your header. You may want to move your search box down under your navigation bar and put a border around it to help it stand out. The right hand side of your blog would be a great place to add an about me area, ads, affiliates, an area for top posts or a section for that features your Pinterest pins.

I'm not a fan of your header image. It's a nice idea but it's very generic in how it's executed. The font of "Bizzy Mom's World" in particular could use some work to get rid of the jagged & blurry edges.
I like your header font, I think it would be good on your menu as well (as well as making your menu font slightly larger). Your visit fonts on your menu turn grey which end up being very hard to read on the grey. I'd change the color of those to something more legible. It also looks like your search button is getting cut off. You should either move it (maybe to the sidebar) or resize it so it fits in it's container.
The text alignment on your blurb in the sidebar is awkward. It looks like the first paragraph is center aligned while your image is left aligned? I'd correct that and make sure all your text is aligned the same (probably left aligned). I'd also suggest putting your social links in that section and making them all hyperlinks.
Your blog entries have a lot of white space every other line. It's like they are trying to be a grid layout but it's not working? I think a grid layout would be nice! If you could make those space themselves in a consistent manner that would make it look much more unified.
I'd also condense all of those randomly placed widgets on the bottom of your site. It looks like they are just chilling there for no particular reason. Unify them somehow, in a nice line, in a widget on your sidebar.
I also noticed in your excerpts none of your urls are hyperlinks, the links are just written out which as a reader is very distracting.
You have a mobile site, which is good. Unfortunately your mobile site well...this is harsh I know but it needs to be said, but it's not good. It's just text and links styled in the most basic way. I'd suggest either finding a responsive theme or if you prefer to keep the mobile site giving it a bit of an update. There are lots of free and paid plugins out there that let you choose how your site will look for mobile devices. At least the posts themselves, look decent on mobile they have images and are completely readable. So a little work on the front page of your mobile site would do wonders to encourage mobile visitors to stick around and stay on your site.
You are off to a good start. With some changes your site could really look great!
